4. Image Storage: All uploaded images are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not provide permanent storage for your images.

1. Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the upscaling service.

2. Processed Images: You own the processed/upscaled images created through our service. These images may be used for any purpose, including commercial use, without restriction.
